Fiddlers Green
Doug & Pam Faulkner | | “Position, position, position! We’re three minutes from the train, five minutes from the shop, surrounded by trees and close enough to my sport - which is rowing. The bus goes past 10 or 15 times an hour, you can go pretty much anywhere on it and it drops you off right in front of your door. Doctors, surgeons, private and public hospitals and all the things you need in our age group are close by and the community has the University of the Third Age and a big bowling green.” |

The Terraces
Dan & Irene Nicol | | “We’re very happy here and have no complaints. It’s been a great move and the social side is wonderful.

The landscape is just so beautiful. Our house is right near the Rainforest Walk and we look out over natural bushland at the back." |

Caesia Gardens
Jeff & Judy Braun

“We first visited Caroline Springs in early 2008 and were so delighted to discover Caesia Gardens, we moved in just months later. When we saw the beautiful natural environment, with a lake and wetlands full of birdlife, we knew it was a great sign. The idea of living within a township, with links to the local schools and community groups, and with such wonderful facilities such as the Caroline Springs Town Centre right on our doorstep was another appealing factor. We’ve already become keen members of the local library and look forward to enjoying all Caesia Gardens and Caroline Springs has to offer.”
Nelsons Grove
Kathy Bowman

"I’ve got a lovely three bedroom home that has two balconies and the village has some really great facilities like the entertaining area and outdoor courtyard. I also love the fact that the supermarket is just outside. “It has been the best move I’ve made. I’ve made a lot of friends and I love being so close to my family,”
